Senior Counsel, Business and Legal Affairs – Santa Monica, CA
The Senior Counsel, Business and Legal Affairs, will work closely with senior business development, digital, sales, and finance executives to structure, negotiate and draft license agreements for Miramax film and television content licensed to television and digital platforms in the United States and throughout the world. Minimum 5-10 years of experience practicing law, with at least 3 years of experience in the film and/or TV business require, experience licensing film and/or TV content to both digital platforms. California bar membership required.

Financial Analyst – Santa Monica, CA
The Financial Analyst is a broadly based role with responsibility for ensuring Miramax complies with its external financial reporting requirements, as well as responsibility for monthly internal financial reporting and ad hoc projects. In the short term, the Financial Analyst will also work as part of a team to effectively set up systems and processes to allow for efficient reporting and analysis, including transitioning Miramax onto a new accounting system.
