Position Title:  Summer 2013 Digital Intern – Unpaid Internship
Location:  Santa Monica, CA
Reporting To:  VP, Global Digital

Schedule:

• Available:  June 2013
• Duration of Internship: 1 Semester or 2 Quarters
• Days & Hours:  Flexible: Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm (20-30 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Support the digital team in developing designs (architecture and mockups) for new digital products
• Work with management with enhancements to existing web products (Miramax.com, Facebook app, microsites, storefront)
• Help with design process and vendor management for new online/mobile/tablet products
• Assist the department in various administration tasks

Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in school and able to provide proof of school credit as this is an unpaid internship
• Majors desired: Web/App Design, Info Architecture, Computer Science
• Great communication, time management and organizational skills
• Creative, team player, self-starter and social media savvy
• Proficient in Word and Excel, and strong internet and researching skills
• Ability to follow direction and have great follow through skills
• Must have an interest and passion for films and/or film industry

Bonus:

• Omnigraffle/UML experience, HTML/CSS/Javascript
• Experience with WordPress development/administration and/or PHP
• Sysadmin & Ops experience, ideally in a cloud hosted environment
