Synopsis

Michael Cheung has just taken charge of the most corrupt law enforcement division in Hong Kong. Along with his gambling-addicted partner, Tung, he is charged with the task of upholding the law while maintaining a balancing act between morality and corruption. After the Triad leader Big Brother leaves town, Mike finds love in a woman previously connected to the Triad while pursuing his quest for justice in the district.
